Dr. Vimal Kumar brings over 25 years of experience in both clinical and non-clinical settings, working with individuals, couples, and groups from diverse backgrounds. She believes everyone deserves to be heard and that meaningful change is always possible.
Her approach incorporates various therapies, including narrative therapy, strength-based therapy, hypnotherapy, past life regression, and mindfulness. She supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, fears, relationship issues, trauma, grief, life changes, workplace stress, and provides special support for caregivers of those with mental illness.

relationships, loss, transitions, and moments of crisis. Our work supports those experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, career confusion, and major life changes, as well as individuals navigating caregiving, illness, or emotional overwhelm.
Our therapeutic approach is integrative and gentle. Through thoughtful
conversation, person centred therapeutic approach, trauma-informed care, and insight-based work, cognitive behaviour therapy, we help bring clarity to confusion and steadiness to inner turmoil. When appropriate, we also offer hypnotherapy and past life regression as experiential tools for deeper self-exploration and meaning-making.
Whether the work involves individual therapy, couple sessions, grief support,
trauma and crisis care, or guidance around life and career choices, each
journey is shaped collaboratively entering around humanistic and existential therapeutic approaches. Nothing is imposed. The pace is guided by your readiness, your nervous system, and your inner wisdom.
For the elderly, the terminally ill, and those unable to travel, home visits can be arranged by prior appointment. When additional or specialised care is
required, trusted referrals are facilitated.
