Psychological counseling helps individuals manage their difficulties, seeing challenges as opportunities to transform personal issues into personal growth.
Psychological counseling applies principles of mental health, psychology, and human development to help individuals deal with a wide range of personal and social issues. It provides support during challenging life stages, crises, and common difficulties in life. This may include changes in behavior due to work-related stress, coping with loss and grief, managing relationship crises, and talking about tough experiences to reduce distress caused by life pressures or long-standing problems.

About Us
When life is difficult, we often don't know where to turn. Through discovery and compassion, comes hope and growth and that is the goal of therapy/counseling. My 20+ years of experience includes working in clinical and non clinical settings. With a diverse professional background, I believe that everyone deserves the right to be heard and that change is always possible. I have worked for a variety of mental health organizations as a psychologist with a range of people (individuals, couples and groups) of varying backgrounds, ages and cultures.
I use different counseling methods, like narrative and strength-based therapy, along with mindfulness techniques. I help with issues like fears, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, abuse, adjusting to change, healing from trauma, workplace challenges, grief, and more. I also offer support for caregivers of those with mental illness.
